The year has been very eventful with a very<br />
capable captain and friend, Vikram Shroff, at the<br />
helm. We have had great times together this<br />
year and many lasting memories. To name a few<br />
that stand out, our moments of zen and focus<br />
in Bali with my EO UAE troops. We had a great<br />
chance to bond and Walid had his chance to<br />
simulate an Olympic victory, as our team came<br />
first in the Rapids race (we were the only ones<br />
competing of course!).<br />
Still plenty more to go with the London retreat<br />
round the corner full of promises to tantalise our<br />
senses!<br />
Meanwhile, my forum brothers have become<br />
an even more integral part of my life and keep<br />
reminding me of the valuable role EO has started<br />
to play in my world. Friends, fun and learning<br />
sum up this EO year for me. Congrats to Vikram<br />
on a great job - he deserves great adulation for<br />
putting so much of his personal effort and time<br />
to ensure that we have a special year with EO.<br />
Manish has big shoes to fill despite his size 12<br />
feet! Sincere thanks to the outgoing board and<br />
