AROUND THE CLUB PAGE 7 Preserving the Value of Your Membership….. Everyday, the Pinnacle Management and Staff strive to protect and increase the Value of Your Membership. There are several ways that we ensure the Value of Your Membership. Our Guest Usage Policy is a prime example of one of our many methods to Preserve Membership Value. This is not a new policy, but a policy that we are consistently and impartially enforcing. Our Guest Policy allows for any one guest, regardless of the Member they are accompanying, to join us for a round of golf or game of tennis no more than six times in a calendar year. We welcome you to bring guests to the Club, but we set guidelines for our guests, to guarantee Your Membership Value for years to come. CLUBHOUSE....Same................273-0500 SECURITY.................................418-7400 TENNIS......................................418-7444 GOLF PRO SHOP........................418-7466 GOLF MAINTENANCE.................418-7450 THEFT & VANDALISM IN OUR OWN BACKYARDS We make every effort to maintain a very pleasant atmosphere here at Pinnacle, we go the extra step to assure your safety, the grounds are kept neat and you have a great place to enjoy your time at home with us. So once again, we have to ask for your help with something many of you may not be aware of. In recent months we have experienced vandalism to the golf course, tennis and pool. Because this has escalted to theft and not just kid pranks we, at Pinnacle, have been forced to create a new policy that should never have had to happen in a place like this. These vandalisms and thefts were not from the outside, it has all been resident related. Pinnacle Country Club has now adopted a no tolerance policy in regards to theft or vandalism. All incidents from now on will be reported to the Rogers Police Department for investigation and all perpetrators will be prosecuted. We have also adopted a policy that only an adult property owner may announce incoming guests and all parties must be announced to Security and have adult supervision at all times. It is important that we get the support of all of our Members and Residents in order to keep the Pinnacle the premier community in Northwest Arkansas.
