Preserving the Value of Your Membership…..<br />
Everyday, the <strong>Pinnacle</strong> Management and Staff strive to protect and increase the Value of Your<br />
Membership. There are several ways that we ensure the Value of Your Membership. Our<br />
Guest Usage Policy is a prime example of one of our many methods to Preserve Membership<br />
Value. This is not a new policy, but a policy that we are consistently and impartially enforcing.<br />
Our Guest Policy allows for any one guest, regardless of the Member they are accompanying,<br />
to join us for a round of golf or game of tennis no more than six times in a calendar year. We<br />
welcome you to bring guests to the <strong>Club</strong>, but we set guidelines for our guests, to guarantee<br />
Your Membership Value for years to come.<br />

THEFT & VANDALISM IN OUR OWN BACKYARDS<br />
We make every effort to maintain a very pleasant atmosphere here at <strong>Pinnacle</strong>, we go the extra step<br />
to assure your safety, the grounds are kept neat and you have a great place to enjoy your time at home with us.<br />
So once again, we have to ask for your help with something many of you may not be aware of.<br />
In recent months we have experienced vandalism to the golf course, tennis and pool. Because this has<br />
escalted to theft and not just kid pranks we, at <strong>Pinnacle</strong>, have been forced to create a new policy that should<br />
never have had to happen in a place like this. These vandalisms and thefts were not from the outside, it has all<br />
been resident related.<br />
<strong>Pinnacle</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>Club</strong> has now adopted a no tolerance policy in regards to theft or vandalism. All<br />
incidents from now on will be reported to the Rogers Police Department for investigation and all perpetrators<br />
will be prosecuted.<br />
We have also adopted a policy that only an adult property owner may announce incoming<br />
guests and all parties must be announced to Security and have adult supervision at all times.<br />
It is important that we get the support of all of our Members and Residents in order to keep the<br />
<strong>Pinnacle</strong> the premier community in Northwest Arkansas.<br />
