Recommendations:<br />
The Cabinet Member is recommended to:<br />
i) endorse the results of the monitoring,<br />
ii) approve that consultation is undertaken with residents of Freeburn Causeway in regard<br />
to the introduction of a residents' parking scheme <strong>and</strong> subject to a positive response<br />
utilise an Experimental TRO to introduce a residents' parking scheme.<br />
iii) approve that consultation is undertaken with residents of Thimbler Road to determine if<br />
waiting restrictions are required <strong>and</strong> subject to a positive response utilise an<br />
Experimental TRO to introduce waiting restrictions.<br />
