Ocena zgodności produktów przeprowadzona została na podstawie ust.1-5 zał. nr 3 Rozporządzenia<br />
Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 12 stycznia 2011r. w sprawie wymagań zasadniczych dla wyrobów<br />
medycznych do diagnostyki in vitro (Dz.U. z 2011r. nr 16, poz 75).<br />
Wirówki spełniają wymagania określone w zał. 1 do w/w rozporządzenia.<br />
W oparciu o posiadane ŚWIADECTWA WOLNEJ SPRZEDAŻY wirówki mogą być<br />
wprowadzane do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i w innych państwach<br />
członkowskich Unii Europejskiej oraz państwach członkowskich Europejskiego Porozumienia o<br />
Wolnym Handlu – stron umowy o Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym.<br />
