TRAVELER TRACK
Draperies are most often used in the theatre as masking
elements, however, many times they become scenic elements
as well. Specialized drapery tracks are manufactured for the
theatre and are offered in several configurations depending on
the intended use. While most tracks are straight, some models
are available that are specifically designed for curved applications.
Individual stage tracks are normally ordered on a per-foot basis
and supplied with a standard group of components for normal
operation. This group includes track, one single carrier per foot,
one pair of master carriers, double and single-pulleys, one set of
overlap clamps, clamp hangers, floor block, one pair of end stops
and operating line.
This is called a Complete Track. Model numbers for Complete
Tracks are indicated by the model number of the carrier supplied
with a suffix to further describe the track.
UNITRACK
The Unitrack, the centerpiece of the Triple E
line, is a modular, easily transportable steel
track system. In fact, Unitrack was designed
to fit into flight cases used throughout the
entertainment industry, which makes it perfect
for touring companies and rentals. The system
assembles via simple, near seamless internal
splices that can be made and unmade quickly
and easily.
with rearfold system)
TRA10 Dead End Pulley: Used at the opposite
end of straight track systems from the TRA09.
TRA11 Foot Stirrup: Used on flown or
moveable track systems. It can be tensioned by
placing a foot into the stirrup and pressing it to the
floor. Alternatively, holes are provided in the base
so that it can be screwed to the floor.
TRA12 Adjustable Floor Pulley: Can be
weighted or screwed to the floor and the pulley may
be altered in height and clamped to adjust the
tension of the operating cord.
TRA31 Single Track Pulley Set: A set of live end
