featuring chefs vying for the<br />

Maple Weekend<br />
March 24 – 25 • Statewide.<br />
During March, over 50 sugar<br />
houses across New Hampshire<br />
open free to the public. Visitors<br />
tour maple orchards and sugar<br />
houses to learn how syrup is<br />
made. Free samples of maple<br />
products and pancake breakfasts<br />
offered. Activities include<br />
sap-gathering with horses or<br />
oxen, a sap-gathering contest,<br />
hay rides and barnyard tours.<br />
