What is the <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Se</strong> <strong>Clinic</strong>?<br />
The <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Louis</strong> City <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Se</strong> <strong>Clinic</strong> is<br />
a program that will provide basic<br />
information regarding divorce,<br />
paternity, and custody law through<br />
group lectures and activities. <strong>St</strong>aff<br />
will also distribute appropriate<br />
<strong>Missouri</strong> Supreme <strong>Court</strong> pro se<br />
forms to participants. Lawyers and<br />
<strong>St</strong>aff will answer general questions<br />
about preparing the forms, will<br />
assist with completing the forms,<br />
and will review completed packets<br />
when participants believe they are<br />
ready to file.<br />
The <strong>Clinic</strong> will consist of<br />
education classes which are<br />
available to self-represented<br />
litigants on a voluntary basis.<br />
Attendees must also complete the<br />
Litigant Awareness <strong>Pro</strong>gram.<br />
Each session will be approximately<br />
3 hours in length and will focus on<br />
completion of the Dissolution of<br />
Marriage or Paternity Petition.<br />
*1 st Tuesday of Month: Divorce.<br />
*3 rd Tuesday of Month: Paternity.<br />

Participants must be at least 18<br />
years of age and residents of<br />
<strong>St</strong>. <strong>Louis</strong> City.<br />
