What is the Pro Se Clinic?
The St. Louis City Pro Se Clinic is
a program that will provide basic
information regarding divorce,
paternity, and custody law through
group lectures and activities. Staff
will also distribute appropriate
Missouri Supreme Court pro se
forms to participants. Lawyers and
Staff will answer general questions
about preparing the forms, will
assist with completing the forms,
and will review completed packets
when participants believe they are
ready to file.
The Clinic will consist of
education classes which are
available to self-represented
litigants on a voluntary basis.
Attendees must also complete the
Litigant Awareness Program.
Each session will be approximately
3 hours in length and will focus on
completion of the Dissolution of
Marriage or Paternity Petition.
*1 st Tuesday of Month: Divorce.
*3 rd Tuesday of Month: Paternity.

Each Clinic will be facilitated by
Attorney Jay D. Fisk and Court staff.
Eligibility for the Clinic
Participants must be at least 18
years of age and residents of
St. Louis City.

When you come to the Clinic,
bring the following information
with you:
Picture I.D. or Driver’s
License
Each person’s full name,
social security number,
current address, and
occupation
If married, date and place
of marriage
Full names and dates of
birth for each child
Copy of birth certificate for
each child
