Post & Packaging:<br />
All items can be posted separately @ £1.00 per item to a maximum of £5.00. Please<br />
remember to state any dates you may be away with an alternative delivery address if<br />
required. (Orders over £50.00 are free delivery.) Free delivery to the school term time<br />
only (please note your childs name and class on any orders)<br />
Payment:<br />
We accept most major credit cards, cheques (+ bankers card), cash and postal<br />
orders. Deliveries: Usually 3-4 days but in peak times (July/August) try to allow 3-4<br />
weeks.<br />
Ordering:<br />
Online at school website or www.tkingassociates.com, post, telephone or directly<br />
from our offices. Order forms are available from school reception or from the website.<br />
Where We Are:<br />
Buckingham Industrial Park, off the ring road. Follow signs towards “household<br />
waste” site. Directly opposite there is a road with Burgess Building building, keep that<br />
building on your left and we are 50 yards ahead in the corner.<br />
Opening Times:<br />
Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm.<br />
<strong>School</strong> Summer Holidays only Saturday mornings 9.30am – 12.30am<br />
During peak times we do operate a queing system to accommodate parents requiring<br />
fittings.<br />
Refunds/Exchanges:<br />
Any unused garments will be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in<br />
unused condition with proof of purchase within 30 days. In all cases post & packing<br />
costs are not refundable.<br />
Quality Product Guarantee:<br />
In the unlikely event that any garment is found to have a manufacturing fault we<br />
guarantee to replace the garment if returned to us with proof of purchase within 60<br />
