10 Year warranty<br />
The following warranties are offered as standard<br />
on all NorDan windows, security doors and<br />
sliding doors as featured in this brochure.<br />
• 10 years against glass unit failure (hermetic<br />
failure) on factory fitted glazing<br />
• 10 years against manufacturing defects<br />
• 10 years against ironmongery failure<br />
• 5 years parts and labour & additional 5 years<br />
parts only<br />
British board of agrément<br />
The BBA’s Agrément Certificates have been<br />
providing authoritative and independent<br />
information on the performance of building<br />
products for over 40 years. Every Agrément<br />
Certificate contains important data on durability,<br />
installation and compliance with <strong>Build</strong>ing<br />
Regulations, in England, Wales, Scotland and<br />
Northern Ireland.<br />
The warranty does apply if the product is<br />
installed and maintained as stated in the<br />
instructions supplied on delivery and can also<br />
be downloaded from the NorDan web site.<br />
For warranty exclusions and full terms and<br />
conditions, please refer to the 10 year product<br />
warranty, available on request.<br />
