Aktivkohlefilter werden in lufttechnischen
Anlagen eingesetzt und dienen zur Adsorption
von gasförmigen Geruchs- und Schadstoffen
aus der Um- bzw. Abluft (wie z.B. Küchen- und
Speiesegerüchen und verrauchte Luft) sowie zur
Adsorption von Kohlenwasserstoffen, Spuren von
anorganischen Verbindungen usw. aus der
Außenluft im Zuluftbetrieb.
Die Aktivkohlefilterkästen sind mit Patronenfiltern,
deren Anzahl von der jeweils benötigten
Luftmenge abhängt ausgestattet und sind in
verschiedenen Abmessungen lieferbar. Eine
besondere Eignung dieser Patronenfilter ist der
nachträgliche Einbau in bereits im Betrieb befindlichen
Lüftungsanlagen. Die Filterpatronen werden
über die Wartungsöffnung in den Aufnahmerahmen
eingebaut (Bajonettverschluß).
Die Installation ermöglicht eine problemlose
Wartung und Austausch der Patronen. Für den
Betrieb des Aktivkohlefilters muß in jedem Fall auch
ein entsprechender Vorfilter (Filterklasse F5)
eingebaut werden (z.B TFB ...)
Activated Carbon Filter for ventilation systems
are used to remove odorous gases and harmful
vapours from the ambient air (such as kitchen and
food odours and smokes) and for the absorption
of hydrocarbons, traces of organic compounds
etc., from the air entering supply air systems.
The Filter casings are equipped with activated
carbon filter cartridges, depending of the
required air volume and can be delivered in various
sizes. The special application of these filter
cartridges is the additional mounting into ventilation
systems which are in operation. The filter
cartridges are installed through the maintenance
opening into the adapter plate (Bayonet
locking). This installation enables easy maintenance
and changing of the cartridges. For the
operation of the carbon filter must be mounted an
additional pre-filter (filter class F5 - TFB etc.)
