STEERING COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE AND COMPOSITION Terms of Reference • Review the project with respect to strategic issues and outcomes having regard for its objectives and deliverables. • Advise the LIME Network Secretariat on its maintenance of key relationships with stakeholder groups. • Provide strategic advice to the LIME Network Secretariat on the development of its national and international profile. The Steering Committee meets twice per year. Composition The Committee is co-chaired by a Dean of Medicine and a LIME Network Member.
