suggestions. Medical Deans may also refer to the IHEAG for advice on significant matters.<br />

Terms of Reference<br />
• Review the project with respect to strategic issues and outcomes having regard for its<br />
objectives and deliverables.<br />
• Advise the <strong>LIME</strong> <strong>Network</strong> Secretariat on its maintenance of key relationships with<br />
stakeholder groups.<br />
• Provide strategic advice to the <strong>LIME</strong> <strong>Network</strong> Secretariat on the development of its<br />
national and international profile.<br />
The Steering Committee meets twice per year.<br />

REFERENCE GROUP<br />
TERMS OF REFERENCE AND COMPOSITION<br />
Terms of Reference<br />
The role of the <strong>LIME</strong> <strong>Network</strong> Reference Group is to develop, and support the implementation<br />
of, strategic initiatives of the <strong>LIME</strong> <strong>Network</strong>. It also:<br />
• Provides peer networking, professional development and support opportunities;<br />
• Contributes to the <strong>LIME</strong> <strong>Network</strong> communication strategy;<br />
• Engages with the development and implementation of specific program work through<br />
sub-committee membership.<br />
The Reference Group meets at least twice per year.<br />
Composition<br />
The Reference Group is made up of representatives from each medical school in Australia and<br />
Aotearoa/New Zealand, nominated by the Dean. Where possible and appropriate, this<br />
representative should be Indigenous.<br />
A proxy should attend when the member is unavailable, and should be chosen with Indigenous<br />
leadership and succession planning in mind.
