The main activity is to implement Theory ofConstraints (TOC) to increase retention and graduationrates. We are implementing TOC for the last nine years withthe support of five federal grants.• One of the numerous activities this time is to adapt theSingapore Model Method (a TOC implementation) toCollege Level.• Starting with Basic Skills, we are revamping our mathcourses.
