KMML will not be responsible for the postal delay, if any in thedelivery of the tender document or non receipt of the same.The tenderer shall ensure that he possess the minimum requirements for prequalificationbefore purchasing the tender documents. Detailed evaluation will be done onreceipt of offer only.Tenderer desires to participate in the tender shall meet the following eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria1. The annual turnover of the tenderer from similar activity shall be a minimum ofRs.100 Lakh during any one of the last three financial years. Copy of auditedfinancial statements or certificate from a practicing chartered accountant (withhis seal) will be accepted as proof.2. The tenderer should have satisfactorily completed a single contract for theconcrete structural rehabilitation works of buildings including chemicalapplication costing a minimum of Rs. 50 Lakh during any one of the last threefinancial years and shall produce copy of work order/ a certificate fromcompetent authority as proof.3. The tenderer should be solvent to the tune of Rs.50 Lakhs. Certificate from anyschedule/nationalized bank of Indian origin dated not earlier than 31 st March2012 should be submitted.4.
