The United States must build the<br />

hydrogen bomb, but it should also ease<br />

security restrictions on basic atomic<br />

energy data, according to Dr. Milton<br />

Burton, director <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong> Radiation<br />

Chemistry Project.<br />

"Even if there were no possibility<br />

<strong>of</strong> war, it might be necessary to build<br />

a hydrogen bomb to extend our knowledge<br />
