1. All prices are correct at the time of going to press. Prices and specifications may vary over time. We will<br />
endeavour to inform customers of any changes. <strong>Aqua</strong> reserve the right to withdraw any product or offers at<br />
their own discretion. All specified weights & dimensions are approximate.<br />
2. Refund and Exchange - You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we<br />
will issue an immediate refund, including the cost of our postage and packing. Alternatively and in accordance<br />
with the distance selling regulations, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange on any item provided.<br />
Please contact us within 7 working days of your order using a durable medium e.g., post. We can then<br />
arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days). As part of your contact with us you<br />
are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation. We can then either arrange<br />
collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to<br />
have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items<br />
should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.<br />

our own factory shop in the North West,<br />
these 10 retailers will have access to the<br />
range in full. These shops will offer you<br />
the same service and product knowledge<br />
that has been expected from <strong>Aqua</strong> over<br />

3. Delivery - Next day delivery on all orders (excluding Highlands, islands and overseas) placed before 2pm<br />
Monday to Thursday. Items weighing less than 1kg will be delivered using 1st class Royal Mail where 95% of<br />
all orders are received on the next working day. All other orders are sent by APC on next day courier service<br />
where over 99% of items are delivered next day. Please note that we are in the hands of our trusted couriers<br />
and therefore cannot guarantee the speed of this service.<br />
4. Delivery Charges - Orders of a value of less than £30 are charged at £6. Orders of a value of more<br />
than £30 are charged at £10. Overseas orders and BFPO postage will be charged at cost. Please call for a<br />
quotation.<br />
5. Repair Service Charges - The price of repairs is: £40 for a repair less than 30 minutes sewing & Cutting<br />
time. £60 for a repair between 30 and 60 minutes sewing/cutting time. Over 60 minutes we will provide a<br />
quote. We aim to complete all repairs with 14 working days. Customers must provide details of their name,<br />
address, contact number and repair required when returning the item. Carriage is charged in addition to<br />
repair costs.
