This'~ct may be called the Appropriation (Railways) No. 2 Act, 2001. Short title.2, From and out of the Consolidated Fund of lndia there may be paid and applied Issue of RS.sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate W3%?Z49voo05 of 2001.[inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of t l Schedule ~ to the Appropriation (Railways)~\so~!da~~~Vote on Account Act, 20011 to the sum of sixty-six thousand and eighty-nine crores, twenty- Fund oftwo lakhs and forty-nine thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will for thecome in course of payment during the financial year 2001-02, in respect of the services financial yearrelating to ~ailwa~s specified in column 2 of the Schedule.2001 -02. 8IV. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Approprialion.Fund of India by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed inIthe Schedule in relation to the said year.r III1II11
