ODFJELL TERMINALS <strong>CHARLESTON</strong> (OTC)A bulk liquid marine terminal being constructed in Charleston,South Carolina to serve the southeastern United States.<strong>Odfjell</strong> Terminals (Charleston) LLC (OTC) isstrategically located in the Port of Charleston,South Carolina and will be a premier distributionterminal to the bulk liquid chemical, vegetable oiland petroleum industry in the southeastern UnitedStates. OTC will be a sophisticated tank terminalwith floating roof and pressurized tanks withmarine, railcar and tank truck accessibility, automaticnitrogen compensation system, as well asan advanced vapor return system.The terminal has plans for up to 40 tanks with atotal capacity of about 160,000 cbm (~1,000,000bbls). Tank size based on customer specificrequirements will vary from 600 cbm to 15,900cbm (4,000 to 100,000 bbls). OTC expects to beoperational starting 4th quarter 2012.The terminal is easily accessible for sea-goingtankers, barges, rail tank cars, road tank trucks,isotanks and pipelines. OTC has one deep draftship dock on the Cooper River. Since the Americandistribution network is heavily dependent on railand road infrastructure, OTC is well equipped withbroad rail tank car and road tank truck handlingfacilities.Artist rendition of final build out
