Clariden Leu Announces Key Appointments in Geneva
Zurich, September 29, 2010 – Clariden Leu Ltd, one of Switzerland’s leading private banks, has
extended its Middle East department in Geneva. Five new colleagues will reinforce this strategically
very important department for Clariden Leu.
In August, Marina Straehler and Mohamed I. Mokhtar joined Clariden Leu's Middle East department in
Geneva. Mohamed I. Mokhtar has over 18 years of experience as relationship manager and investment
advisor covering the Middle East. Marina Straehler has over 25 years of experience in Private Banking in
Geneva. They both joined Clariden Leu from Arab Bank in Geneva.
At the beginning of September, Tania Bajjali and Olivier de Kerizouët joined the Middle East department of
Clariden Leu based in Geneva. Mrs Bajjali has almost 20 years of experience with Middle Eastern clients
and together with Olivier de Kerizouët, they will cover the Levant and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
clients. Both joined Clariden Leu from Arab Bank in Geneva.
As of December 1, 2010, Walid Gomaa will also join the Middle East department of Clariden Leu in
Geneva. He has an extensive knowledge of the GCC and North African countries and is therefore a perfect
match to support Clariden Leu's emerging Middle East and North African business out of Geneva.
All new colleagues report to Stéphane de Perini, Head of the Middle East department in Geneva.
