Menare more often employed 35 hours or more perweek and more often contracted as apermanently employed worker.When women do obtain a higher position in thejob market, their wages are less than men.The women’s chances to reach higher position ina work organization are worse than men’s, andwomen are more often in dead end jobswithout development or advancementpossibilities.
