Theseminima may be waived at the discretion of your Board of Directors.Details of the charging structure for Class E Shares are provided at the section entitled “Changes to Charges and Expenses”below.Changes to Charges and ExpensesClass C SharesInitial ChargeWith the exception of any dilution adjustment that may be applied, there will be no initial charge imposed on Class C Sharesat the time of purchase.Contingent Deferred Sales ChargeIn addition to any dilution adjustment that may be applied on redemption, a contingent deferred sales charge of 1.00% of theShare Price (as defined in the Prospectus) of the Shares being redeemed, will be imposed on Class C Shares if the Class Cshareholder redeems their Class C Shares within one year of purchase.The contingent deferred sales charge will be calculated as a percentage of the lesser of the relevant Share Price of the Shareson the date of redemption or the date of issue, exclusive of reinvestments.In determining whether a contingent deferred sales charge is applicable to the proceeds of a redemption, the calculation willbe made in the manner which results in the lowest possible charge. Thus, it will be assumed that the Class C Shares (or thehedged versions of Class C Shares) first being redeemed are those Shares held by the shareholder which are not subject to acontingent deferred sales charge then, after that, those which have been held by the shareholder for the longest period oftime.Distributor’s FeeA distributor fee of 1.00% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the relevant Class is also payable by Aberdeen Global to theGlobal Distributor for providing distribution services (i.e. co-ordinating sales and marketing activities) in relation to Class CShares. This fee is accrued daily and paid monthly in arrears.The Global Distributor will have the right, at its discretion, to reallocate the Distributor’s Fee in whole or in part to certainrecognised financial intermediaries or institutions.Annual ChargeThe Investment Manager receives fees for the provision and co-ordination of investment services to Aberdeen Global. Thesefees are calculated as a percentage of the Net Asset Value (as defined in the Prospectus) of each sub-fund.The Investment Management Fees for Class C Shares will be the same as the Investment Management Fee for Class A, Class B(where they exist), Class D and Class E Shares of each sub-fund.As with the Investment Manager’s Fees for investment in Class A, Class B, Class D, Class E and Class I Shares, the fees for ClassC Shares will be accrued daily and will be paid monthly in arrears to the Investment Manager.Class E SharesInitial ChargeAs with Class A and Class D Shares, Class E Shares will be offered at the applicable Net Asset Value per Share plus an initialcharge of up to 6.38% of the Net Asset Value which is due to the Global Distributor (this equates to up to 6% of theaggregate Investment Amount). In practice, the initial charge applied will range from 4.25% to 5% (this charge is indicativeand is subject to an increase of up to the maximum initial charge provided for in the Prospectus).Annual ChargeThe Investment Manager receives fees for the provision and co-ordination of investment services to Aberdeen Global.
