Section 5 Page 16 of 16(i) Facilities and Services to be Provided by the ClientThe PMU will provide necessary office space with basic facility of water and electricity at Bhopalto accommodate the staff of the PRC. Office space in PIUs also shall be provided if PRCconsultant need.In addition, the PMU will provide, as required, copies of all appropriate reports, proposals,program designs and other materials to which the PRC’s personnel may require reasonableaccess.(ii) Facilities and Services to be provided by the PRCIn addition to those services required by the activities, the PRC will be responsible for provisionof the following:1. Local transportation within and around Bhopal and each of the target cities.2. Transportation as required for mobilizing staff to Bhopal and the other target cities,and between Bhopal and the other target cities.3. Local support staff if required for carrying out the required services.4. Sufficient computer-related consumable materials to accommodate the needs of itsproposed staff.5. Duplication equipment for copying reports, files and other documents as may berequired.6. Communications equipment, including telephone, fax and email.7. Consumable supplies as reasonably required for the effective operation of theprogram.8. Out-of-pocket expenditures as reasonably required for conducting workshops,seminars, training programs, etc., and for publication and dissemination of mediarelatedand educational materials.PRC
