There isa very positive mood throughout the club.Training is going well and this is shown bythe performances on match days. Both teammanagers, Gary Green and Paul Harrison <strong>are</strong><strong>doing</strong> a cracking job, keep it going lads.This could possibly be one of the best seasonsfor some time. It is also very encouraging tosee the increase in the numbers of spectatorswho attend on Saturdays.Our Junior Sunday side is <strong>doing</strong> extremelywell and playing some cracking football,thanks to Ian Matthews, the Manager. Wellworth a visit on match days.At this juncture I would like to pay tributeto a long serving member of the club, whohas decided to call it a day. Bruce Hargreavesjoined the club in the late 50’s early 60’s andquickly became a major player in the fi rstteam. He eventually became Captain and ledthe most successful side in the clubs history.After a long c<strong>are</strong>er ended he went on tomanagement and continued the success hehad achieved during his playing days.
