Bitting Lists
A letter of authorization from the end user is required to release a copy of the bitting lists for a factory established
system. To protect the security of keying systems, bitting lists will only be sent to the end user or his designated agent, via
Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested or UPS AOD. Copies will not be transmitted via fax. The complete name and
address where the bitting list is to be sent must be indicated on the letter of authorization and on the purchase order.
Master key system bitting lists will not be created by Corbin Russwin Key Systems Administration unless the request is
accompanied by an order for factory keyed product. Corbin Russwin releases all liabilities for cylinders not pinned to
factory master key systems. For separate systems, see generic bitting list options. Generic bitting lists are not
considered factory master key systems.

Generic Bitting List Options
Option 1: Level 2 MK System with Control Key. System specification is 1-1000.
Option 2: Level 3 GM System with Control Key. System specification is 1-10-100.
Option 3: Level 4 GGM System with Control Key. System specification is 1-5-5-50.
Generic Bitting List Guidelines
• Only options available as above, no variations.
• Key systems administration will not keep record of the system.
• Key bitting array will be provided with list. Systems will not be expanded by Corbin Russwin.
• Corbin Russwin will not support these key systems.
• Any future products requested to be factory keyed to generic bitting list will be considered customer
provided bittings and subject to charge.
