2. All cylinders requested to be keyed to combinations not supplied by Corbin Russwin will be subject to this charge.<br />

3. Corbin Russwin releases all liabilities, including key interchange, to systems generated by customer-supplied bittings and/or sample<br />

keys that are supplied by others.<br />

4. Purchase orders with customer-supplied bittings or sample keys not meeting Corbin Russwin's specifications will be processed<br />

0-bitted in the specified keyway and exempt from upcharge.<br />

Cross Keying No Charge<br />

Disclaimer<br />

Corbin Russwin reserves the right to release total liability of any factory generated master key system which incorporates cross keying,<br />

both controlled and uncontrolled. A master key system incorporating cross keying yields less security and jeopardizes system expansion.<br />

Controlled Cross Keying: A condition in which two or more different keys of the same level of keying and under the same higher level<br />

key(s) operate one cylinder by design; e.g., XAA1 operated by AA2.<br />

Uncontrolled Cross Keying: A condition in which two or more different keys under different higher-level keys operate one cylinder by<br />

design; e.g., XAA1 operated by AB, AB1.<br />
