FURTHER SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING DEED RESTRICTIONSwhich shall prohibit GRANTEE from selling or transferring any of the abovedescribedlots until such time as 1) GRANTEE has constructed the road to all lotsin the MUSKETEER ACRES SUBDIVISION to Park County, Wyomingspecifications for subdivisions, the placement of which is depicted on theMUSKETEER ACRES plat; and 2) GRANTEE has installed electricity, naturalgas, cable TV and telephone lines to the boundary of each of the lots describedabove, and the South 170 feet of Lot 6 of MUSKETEER ACRES. All suchrequirements under these Deed Restrictions must be completed no later thanJanuary 2, 2020 .
