Slawek at 630-773-1272(ext. 208) to make arrangements.If it is too difficult for you to walk to the front ofthe church to receive Communion, please knowthat at each Mass an Extraordinary Minister ofHoly Communion comes to the back of the churchto distribute Communion. If you would like tohave the Extraordinary Minister give youcommunion in the back of church, please let an usher knowbefore Mass begins. At Communion time, when you see theExtraordinary Minister come to the back, please raise yourhand so that they can see you and give you Holy Communion.
