Pole Walking<br />
Join me for a beautiful walk around the<br />
community once a week. Pole Walking<br />
is a rhythmically energizing form <strong>of</strong><br />
walking, while utilizing poles, that turns<br />
a simple walk around the block into an<br />
efficient, effective, aerobic total body<br />
workout. This class runs rain or shine<br />
so dress according to weather.<br />
