The more eagle eyed amongst you will have noticed that this issue of Vista is nearly sixmonths late!Our only excuse for this late edition is that we have just purely been too busy with all thechanges that have been happening for Climatec since the beginning of the year. Not onlyhave we bought new machinery and acquired a third factory unit, we have also taken timeout to research new products that will undoubtedly be of benefit to our customers. The latestaddition to our range of windows and doors is the Kommerling ‘C70’ and ‘O70’ Gold systems.This 5 chambered system stood out for us as the best energy efficient, cost effective system inthe industry at present. We will start fabricating this profile in July and are already seeing thebenefits in price when applying for ‘A’ and ‘C’ energy ratings in both the ‘C70’ Classic and‘O70’ sculptured windows. The profiles are manufactured using calcium-zinc tocompletely eliminate the use of lead in the entire manufacturing process.Used throughout Europe, including the warmer climates of southern Europe and the cold of the Alps forover 6 years, Climatec believe these windows and doors will be leading the market to becoming leadfreeby 2015.NEW ENERGYRATINGS 2011 REHAU ‘A’ Rated – Licence No 3380:A Rated – ClassicAt Climatec we now have 20 energy ratedproducts, making it more easy to offer yourcustomers energy efficient windows. Withmore on the horizon following the introductionof the ‘O70’ and ‘C70’ Gold, it may now betime for you to become an Authorised Retailerof these windows and add them into yourown portfolio of products.New to the existing energy rated product rangeof Rehau Classic and Contour, A, B and Crated 52mm windows is the externally beadedwindow, with energy ratings awarded of A, B and C for the Classic 52mm frame. Inaddition to these products, we can also supply B and C rated Tilt & Turn windows in62mm frame, and there are also ratings for our 62mm intermediate frame and our fullyreversible window. Finally to complete the Rehau suite, we can also supply our verticalsliders with an energy rating of C.To expand the product range further, the Deceuninck 2500 chamfered suite has beentested and certified.
