Price Quoting/Ordering ProcedureFor <strong>Acterra</strong> Air Brake 4X4This new program offers dealers the advantage ofsimplified billing through this flow-through orderingprocess, utilizing <strong>Sterling</strong>’s normal order processingsystems. Plus, Dealers can realize lower installationcosts and reduced freight charges since theseinstallations are done on-site at the St. Thomas Pre-Delivery Inspection Center.Step 1:Dealer to call F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive1.800.967.8838 Extension: 111Step 2:Dealer will be asked to fax proposed AWD chassisspecifications to F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive directly at510.547.2633.Step 3:F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive, after reviewing the specifications inthe engineering department, will approve or deny therequest. If APPROVED, F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive will assign aApplication Approval Number to that specificspecification that has been inquired. If DENIED, F<strong>abco</strong>will provide a list of required specifications changes tomake <strong>for</strong> your review to gain Application Approval, andit will be the Dealer’s responsibility to follow up withrevised changes.Step 4:Once F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive has given the ApplicationApproval Number to that specification, there must be aPrice Quote submitted to <strong>Sterling</strong> Truck Corporation withthe proper <strong>All</strong>-<strong>Wheel</strong> <strong>Driv</strong>e Conversion Data Code (998-XXX) and the Application Approval Number Line noted.Step 5:<strong>Sterling</strong> Truck Corporation will only approve F<strong>abco</strong>Automotive <strong>All</strong>-<strong>Wheel</strong> <strong>Driv</strong>e requests associated with theF<strong>abco</strong> Automotive Application Approval Number.<strong>Sterling</strong> Truck Corporation and F<strong>abco</strong> Automotive arenot responsible <strong>for</strong> any complications caused bycomponent changes made by the Dealer after the F<strong>abco</strong>Automotive Application Approval Number has beenassigned to that specific Dealer specification.
