Collect asmuch material as possible by swirling theswab tip slowly.Return the swab and collected sample back tothe diluent tube. The tube now becomes adropper for dispensing the sample ontothe test deviceInvert the tube to a 45 degree angle andVERY SLOWLY add 10 to 11 drops to thesample well. DO NOT add more than 11drops. (11 drops = 0.55 - 0.60ml) Returnthe clear cap back to the dropper and setit to the side.Set a timer and allow a maximum of 15minutes before interpreting the results.You may see results in as little as 3minutes. DO NOT interpret results after 30minutesAs the test begins to work, a reddishcolor will move across the five (5) resultwindows. Lines should always appear atthe control line (C) This is an indicationthat the test is working correctly.The windows above represent potentialresults. A weak positive, regardless of itsintensity, should be considerd positive.Invalids are rare but occur when tests areout-dated or exposed to extreme weatherand should be re-run.With your results collected, return allitems back to the original zip-lock foilpouch.
