The answers showed a seasonal variation.Spending time is defined as a “staying for a while”. Thecounts were carried out on weekdays in June between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. undervarying weather conditions. Changes in weather affect the number of people whospend time outdoors; the count does not correct for this factor.
