Dear Grant Directors, Coordinators and DPI Grant Liaisons,
You are invited to a web-based meeting to share information about current year grant activities for all
IDEA Discretionary Grants. You will receive a Doodle survey request shortly.
Please respond to this survey by Thursday, September 13 with dates & times you are available:

The purpose of this meeting will be to inform all the other grant directors, coordinators, and DPI liaisons
about major activities taking place this year as part of each of the statewide grant programs. One person
from each grant program will be designated to give a 10-to-15 minute presentation. The information
shared during this meeting will not be an introduction to your grant program; rather, you will be
highlighting activities you believe other grant staff should know about for 2012-13.
The meeting will be approximately 2.5 hours. Due to the number of presentations, we won’t have time
for questions, but follow up conversations are encouraged. We hope you will be able commit to
listening in to all or most of this meeting. A confirmation of the date, detailed agenda, and a Go To
Meeting Invitation with instructions will be sent out to everyone by the end of next week.
