NEXT STEPSEnrolment, Payment and ResourcesEnrol trainee lifeguard(s) by completing a PLSA Enrolmentform. Skills Active will send a pack, which includes thePLSA Training Manual and Assessment book.PLSA Training and AssessmentCarry out training and assessment of the traineelifeguard(s) using the resources supplied. Reportcompletion of the PLSA via the ‘Achievement Reportingform’ contained in the Assessment book.PLSA CompletedSkills Active will record completion of the PLSA.PLPC Enrolment and ResourcesEnrol the provisionally licensed lifeguard into the PLPCusing the PLPC Enrolment form. Skills Active will send apack, which includes the PLPC Assessment book.PLPC Training and AssessmentCarry out training and assessment of the provisionallylicensed lifeguard(s) using the resources supplied.
