<strong>ACTIVE</strong> <strong>ASSESSOR</strong> WORKSHOPSkills Active Assessors are theheart of industry training. Withoutassessors the achievement of NationalQualifications by employees whilethey work would not be possible.After the workshopYou will be supported by your Senior Assessor Mentor (SAM) toprepare for and conduct assessments back in the workplace.This assessment will be observed by the SAM who will beassessing you in the unit standards required to become a SkillsActive Registered Assessor.Who Are SAMS?Senior Assessor Mentors are experienced assessors who havebeen endorsed by Skills Active and the appropriate industryassociation. SAM’s are knowledgeable individuals with practicalexperience in your specific sector. Their role is to provide you withsupport and mentoring to become confident assessors.Dates, venue TBC and timeBeing an assessor is an exciting andrewarding role.
