3 is the Magic Number!<br />
When JP & Brimelow opened its first office in Didsbury eleven<br />
years ago the intention was always to create a triangle of<br />
networked offices covering D1dsbury, Chorl2on and Withingt3n.<br />
All three offices have quickly<br />
become local market leaders;<br />
offering sales, lettings and<br />
financial service advice from<br />
their central locations. In<br />
addition they have set up a<br />
property services company<br />
which covers all three<br />
branches.<br />

in the jigsaw and opened<br />
two and half years ago under<br />
the guidance of Eddie Ellis,<br />
who has recently become<br />
a Director in the business.<br />

Despite the prevailing market<br />
conditions JP & Brimelow<br />
have quickly established<br />
themselves in both the sales<br />
and lettings sectors.<br />
Much has been written about<br />
the market place in general<br />
with reduced values of 15-<br />
20% being mentioned at their<br />
peak. “What is evident” says<br />
Eddie, “is that if you price<br />
your property accurately<br />
then a sale can be achieved.<br />
Buyers still want to bid even<br />
though prices have fallen and<br />
there has certainly been a<br />
lot more activity in the first<br />
8 months of 2009 than a year<br />
ago.<br />
2009 has been significantly<br />
more upbeat than originally<br />
predicted and we are already<br />
making plans for next year.<br />
We are hopeful that 2010<br />
will see a start to a general<br />
recovery in the market place<br />
and with luck the banks may<br />
start to relax their current<br />
lending criteria.”<br />
