3 is the Magic Number!
When JP & Brimelow opened its first office in Didsbury eleven
years ago the intention was always to create a triangle of
networked offices covering D1dsbury, Chorl2on and Withingt3n.
All three offices have quickly
become local market leaders;
offering sales, lettings and
financial service advice from
their central locations. In
addition they have set up a
property services company
which covers all three
branches.
Chorlton was the final piece
in the jigsaw and opened
two and half years ago under
the guidance of Eddie Ellis,
who has recently become
a Director in the business.

Despite the prevailing market
conditions JP & Brimelow
have quickly established
themselves in both the sales
and lettings sectors.
Much has been written about
the market place in general
with reduced values of 15-
20% being mentioned at their
peak. “What is evident” says
Eddie, “is that if you price
your property accurately
then a sale can be achieved.
Buyers still want to bid even
though prices have fallen and
there has certainly been a
lot more activity in the first
8 months of 2009 than a year
ago.
2009 has been significantly
more upbeat than originally
predicted and we are already
making plans for next year.
We are hopeful that 2010
will see a start to a general
recovery in the market place
and with luck the banks may
start to relax their current
lending criteria.”
