On the left side of thewebpage, click “Create Account”. Ifyou already have one, simply log in.Step 2: <strong>Start</strong> <strong>RealTimeDesign</strong>Software<strong>Start</strong><strong>RealTimeDesign</strong>SoftwareAfter logging in, click on “STARTREALTIMEDESIGN” to begin.Step 3: Dual-Labeled Probes orAmplifluor® PrimersDual-LabeledProbes orAmplifluor®Now select whether you want todesign dual-labeled probes orAmplifluor® primers. The followingsteps are the same for either choice.Enter Sequenceor NCBIAccession #EnterSequence HereStep 4: Enter Sequence or NCBIAccession NumberIn the sequence entry box, eitherpaste in your sequence or just typethe relevant NCBI Accession number(e.g. NM_204077). When finished,click the “Next” button.
