PRODUCER HANDBOOKThe Producer is NOT responsible for budgeting for the following: Advertising,Photography, Posters, Program, Royalties and Script, Traffic Controller.Note about Food and Food Expenditures:Each production has approximately $260 for food. The following are approximateguidelines (use your discretion) and are accounted for as “miscellaneous”.Meet and Greet – potluck and cash bar (tea, coffee, beer, wine, pop)Tech Week – Light Hang Pizzas $40Tech Week End - Potluck plus $50Two Matinees – Own food plus $60 if many are staying at the theatreClosing Party – Potluck plus $50The theatre provides coffee, tea, sugar and milk for rehearsals.
