Careshould be taken to approach any trapped animalsslowly to avoid their excessive movement. A trappedlynx will allow the catchpole loop to be placed overits head, but it can be expected to react when the loopis tightened. Tighten the catchpole loop onlysufficiently to hold the lynx securely withoutpreventing its ability to breathe.
