PUMP DISASSEMBLYStep 4Step 5Step 6Remove the discharge valve balls<strong>and</strong> seats from the liquid chambers<strong>and</strong> inspect for nicks, chemicalattack or abrasive wear. Replaceworn parts with genuine Wildenparts for reliable performance.Turn pump upside down <strong>and</strong>remove the two small clamp b<strong>and</strong>swhich fasten the intake manifold tothe liquid chambers.Lift intake manifold to expose intakevalve balls <strong>and</strong> seats. Inspect ballcage area of liquid chamber forexcessive wear or damage.Step 7Remove one set of large clampb<strong>and</strong>s which secure one liquidchamber to the center section usingtwo 3/4" wrenches.Step 8Lift liquid chamber away fromcenter section to expose diaphragm<strong>and</strong> outer piston.Step 9Using an adjustable wrench, or byrotating the diaphragm by h<strong>and</strong>,remove the diaphragm assembly.WIL-10330-E-01 19 WILDEN PUMP & ENGINEERING, LLC
