NORTH AMERICAN KARATE FEDERATION<strong>INVITATION</strong><strong>2011</strong> NORTHAMERICANKARATE CUPREGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 10 th , <strong>2011</strong>REGISTRATION FEES: $80.00 CDN per individual entry & $200 CAD per teamREGISTRATION:All technical registrations for this event must be done online with the WKF approvedsoftware Sportdata, at: www.sportdata.org.Please follow these steps:• Choose the <strong>North</strong> <strong>American</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> event• Create a new account in the Team/Club section on the left side of screen• Sport Data will create an account for each Federation and send them a username and password <strong>by</strong> email, which they may then use to log in• Enter all athletes (individual division competitors & team event competitors), referees,officials and others (you will need passport numbers, photos to upload, name & division ofeach competitor — please note that passport ID number and ID photo are mandatory) beforeyou may register them for the event• Click on the event and register all athletes in all divisions they will be participating in at the <strong>Cup</strong>• Payment will be taken at accreditation in Montreal in Canadian dollarsMaximum of 2 athletes per individual divisionsTeam kumite athletes can be development athletes – not competing in the individual divisions.Each nation MUST bring 4 officials – <strong>Canada</strong> will cover most expenses for 4 th official of guestnations (transport, accommodation, per diem).All logistical registrations for this event will be done through an online questionnaire that allregistrants/federations will receive via email.
