Headin’ For HomeOver the years, I have learned many things about God.There have been things that I argued against only to findin the Bible that I was wrong! (Perish that thought!!!) Andthe older I get, the more I know that I don’t know A LOT! But Ihave come to the knowledge that it is of vital importance to putthe Word first, last and in between. Just being obedient to whatGod tells me in the Bible and not let anyone’s opinion or perspectivesway me off what HE says. You know what I mean. There areFACTS and there is TRUTH!For instance…….my grandson, Cody asked his Papa Mike howold he was. Mike said, “I’m 61”. Cody said, “Papa, you look likeyou are 50!” (What a compliment!) Then he turned to me and said,“Grandma Sherry, you look like you are 69!” Sigh……the truth is,I am not 69!!! (No laughing here!) But in Cody’s eyes, I look olderthan I am and Mike looks younger than he is!That’s reasonable to Cody because he doesn’t know the truthabout our ages, but it LOOKS like to him we are the ages he thinkswe are. It’s reasonable to some people that God tests us and triesby Sherry MorrisonTriple M (Mike Morrison Ministries)us to find out what we are made of. Read James 1:13. God doesn’ttempt anyone. When we are at a loss to explain the too soon homegoing of a child or loved one, we lie and say God took them. ReadJohn 10:10. Jesus came to give us life (not TAKE it).
