Kuthibitisha ushiriki wao kwa Wakuu wa Idara kabla ya tarehe 15 Novemba2012.2. Wahitimu wanatakiwa kufika Chuoni tarehe 23 Novemba 2012 saa 9 mchana kwaajili ya taratibu zinazotakiwa ikiwa ni pamoja na kufanya mazoezi kwa ajili yamahafali.3. Wahitimu wote wanatakiwa kulipa shilingi 50,000 (elfu hamsini tu) kupitiaakaunti ya chuo namba 015101001461 NBC Mwanza. Shilingi 40,000 kwa ajiliya kuazima joho na shilingi 10,000 kwa ajili ya Cheti cha Taaluma ( AcademicTranscript). Wahitimu wanatakiwa kuchukua majoho tarehe 19 mpaka 22Novemba 2013 kwenye Maktaba ya Chuo cha SAUT.4. Majoho lazima yarudishwe ndani ya siku mbili baada ya mahafali.Vinginevyokutakua na faini ya shilingi 10,000 kwa kila siku itakayozidi.5. Participation at the graduation ceremony requires a graduand to confirm one’sintention to attend to the Head of Department by 15 th November 2012. The onefailing to confirm his/her participation in the ceremony by the mentioned date willgraudate in absentia.2. All graduands wishing to hire a graduation gown will sign an agreement and payTshs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand only) to SAUT account number 015101001461 ofNBC Mwanza, Tshs. 40,000 for hiring academic gowns and 10,000/- forAcademic Transcript. Gowns will be issued at Archbishop Mario MgulundeLearning Resource Centre, SAUT from 19 th to 22 nd November, 2012.3. A penalty fee of Tshs. 10,000/= will be levied each day on a graduand who willfail to return the gown two days after the graduation ceremony.4.
