2.6 The winners of the semi-final matches will move on to the gold medal matches,while the losers will contend for the bronze medals.2.7 All individual gold medal matches will be televised live on different TV channels.Also, a selected number of bronze medal matches will be broadcasted andoffered in the TV production.2.8 The exact competition schedule and details of the AWCF will be communicatedon www.archeryworldcup.org and to the finalists one month before the start ofthe competition at the latest.2.9 In addition to the individual competition, the gold match of the Mixed Teamcompetition-exhibition will be organised. The qualifying countries in compoundand recurve will compete against the team of Denmark (two mixed teams, onemixed recurve and one mixed compound).3. Prizes3.1 The participants in the individual competition who rank 1 st , 2 nd or 3rd in any ofthe AWCS in each category will receive as “prize money” the followingamounts:1 st place: 2,000 USD2 nd place: 1,000 USD3 rd place: 500 USDThe winners of each category will receive a Longines watch.3.2. The four participants in each division in the individual competition will receiveas “prize money” at the AWCF:1 st place: 20,000 USD2 nd place: 10,000 USD3 rd place: 5,000 USD4 th place: 1,000 USDA special exclusive World Cup trophy and a Longines watch will be given to thewinner of the individual competition of the AWCF. The original trophy--includingthe name of the winners of each edition engraved--will remain in possession of<strong>FITA</strong>. During the AWCF, the winners will receive a copy of the trophy.3.3. The 2 (two) mixed teams competing in the AWCF, both in compound andrecurve will receive an award. No “prize money” is established for the MixedTeam competition.3.4. World Cup Stage & Final Prize MoneyIn order to save bank transfer costs for <strong>FITA</strong> and the athletes, <strong>FITA</strong> will onlypay the prize money for the stages and the final at the end of the seasonindependently of the qualification of an athlete for the AWCF. The expecteddate of payment will be 15 December <strong>2009</strong>, but <strong>FITA</strong> reserves the right topostpone this date.
