GEN. PRICE INFORMATION 2011Prices are inclusive of half board per person perday in euros for stays of 4 days and over. Thisprice list replaces all previous prices. Despitecareful checking there may be some printing errors,for which we cannot accept any liability. .SHORT STAY: We regret we are unable todefinitely guarantee reservations of specificroom categories for stays of 3 nights or less.Short stay supplement: Euro 10.00 per personper dayBED AND BREAKFAST: If you arrange to stayon a “Bed and Breakfast” basis, the half boardprice is reduced by Euro 8.00 per person perday.ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Rooms areavailable on your day of arrival from 2pm. If youare planning to arrive after 7pm, we would begrateful if you could notify Reception. On yourday of departure, we politely request that youvacate your room by 11 am. Saturday or Sundayare the usual days for arrival and departure.Where possible we will be pleased to accommodateother arrival and departure days.SINGLE OCCUPANCY OF DOUBLEROOMS: if available, we make an additionalcharge of Euro 25.00 on top of the single roomprice for single occupancy of our double rooms.ROOM REQUEST: please note that somedeviations from the printed pictures and fl oorplans are possible within the room categories.We will be pleased to take your room requestsinto account and confirm the desired room category,however we are unable to guaranteespecific room numbers.DOGS: You are welcome to bring your fourleggedfriend with you to our hotel, providedyou notify us in advance.We make a charge of Eruo 10.00 / day withoutfood and ask that you bring a dog blanketand basket with you. For cancellationsup to 3 weeks before the start of the holiday,the deposit will be retained as a handlingfee. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing,without exception.HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE:At a cost of Euro 3.00 per person per bookedday’s holiday you can cover all cancellationcosts in the event of accident, illness, death orother serious occurrence affecting the insured,their children, siblings, parents or grandparents.The insurance is valid from the date ofpayment and does not require any additionalconfirmation. Simply transfer the total amounttogether with your deposit. Late arrival or earlydeparture are not included. In principle ourinsurance provider only accepts cancellationsin writing that include medical documents confirmingthe reason for cancellation.
