We expressed an unmodified opinion on those consolidated financial statementsin our report dated 4 April 2011 which included an emphasis of matter paragraph. The matter emphasised is set out in Note 2 tothese summary consolidated financial statements.The summary consolidated financial statements do not contain all the disclosures required by International Financial ReportingStandards.
