<strong>St</strong> Paul’s <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>_______ Jesuit _______29 April 2013Dear Parents of the Class of 2013In approximately 2 months we will all be celebrating our son’s graduation!The <strong>Grad</strong> Committee is busy preparing the many aspects concerning the Dinner and Safe <strong>Grad</strong> 2013festivities to be held on Friday, 21 June, at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.One of the most significant parts of the evening is the Fantasy Casino event. We are organizing a fewways the graduands and their friends can benefit from cashing in their casino winnings. Our goal is tooffer a few “bigger” prizes for the boys of the Class of 2013 and “smaller” prizes that are practical,useful and also exciting for our sons and their guests.The ticket price for the Safe <strong>Grad</strong> has been amended to include a start-up budget for prizes. If yourfamily, relatives, friends or related companies wish to provide us with additional gifts, your generositywill be greatly appreciated. Please note: there will be no phone soliciting involved.Depending on the donations received, we are hoping to have a few “bigger” prize draw for the boysattending Safe <strong>Grad</strong> and a Gift Card draw for students and their guests for cashing in their Casinowinnings. These $25 - $50 gift cards will be from businesses such as gas stations, restaurants, financialinstitutions, calling cards, retail stores, cinemas, etc. *Tax receipts are available for cash donations. Giftsthat do not include services are receiptable. Gift cards are not eligible for a personal tax receipt if theyare received from the issuer.Prize donations may be dropped off at the school office by Friday, 31 May, or by contacting us directlyto make arrangements to have the prize donation picked up.
