Read the “FAU Ropes Course In<strong>for</strong>mation <strong>for</strong>Participants” and then review the “FAU Ropes Challenge Course Participant Waivers”. Fill out the waivers,sign them and bring both to the orientation on August 5 th . If a student does not bring the <strong>for</strong>ms toorientation on August 5 th , the student will not be able to participate in the Ropes Challenge Course.Items Due on 8/9/13 (by the end of orientation week)Level 2 Background ChecksA Level 2 background check is required of all entering medical students. Students who do not complete thebackground check will not be allowed to participate in patient-related, clinical activities which occur during all4 years of medical school.
