DRIVE SAFELY! Avoid abruptmaneuvers, such as sudden sharp turns which couldcause a roll over, resulting in serious injury or death.It is the customers responsibility to make sure that are-torque is performed on all hardware associated withthis suspension system after the first 500 miles ofinstallation. It is also the customers responsibility todo a complete re-torque after every 3000 miles or afterevery off road use.After the original installation, <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong>Suspension also recommends having the alignmentcheck every 6 months to ensure proper tracking, properwear on tires and front end components. <strong>Tuff</strong><strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension take no responsibility forabuse, improper installation or improper suspensionmaintenance.It is the responsibility of the customer or the mechanicto wear safety glasses at all times when performingthis installation.It is the customers/installers responsibility to readand understand all steps before installation begins.OEM manual should be used as a reference guide.The <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension product safetylabel that is included in your kit box must be installedinside the cab in plain view of all occupants.


Limited Lifetime WarrantyNotice to all <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension customers:It is your responsibility to keep your originalsales receipt! If failure should occur on any <strong>Tuff</strong><strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension component, your originalsales receipt must accompany the warranted unitto receive warranty. Warranty will be void if the customercan not provide the original sales receipt. Donot install a body lift in conjunction with a suspensionsystem. If a body lift is used in conjunction with any<strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension product, your <strong>Tuff</strong><strong>Country</strong> <strong>EZ</strong>-<strong>Ride</strong> Suspension WARRANTY WILL BEVOID. <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Inc. (“<strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong>” ) suspensionproducts are warranted to be free from defects inmaterial and workmanship for life if purchased,installed and maintained on a non-commercial vehicle;otherwise, for a period of twelve (12) months, from thedate of purchase and installation on a commercialvehicle, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles (which everoccurs first). <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> does not warrant or makeany representations concerning <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Productswhen not installed and used strictly in accordancewith the manufacturer’s instructions for such installationand operation and accordance with good installationand maintenance practices of the automotiveindustry. This warranty does not apply to the cosmeticfinish of <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> products nor to <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong>products which have been altered, improperlyinstalled, maintained, used or repaired, or damaged byaccident, negligence, misuse or racing. (“Racing isused in its broadest sense, and, for example, withoutregards to formalities in relation to prizes, competition,etc.) This warranty is void if the product isremoved from the original vehicle and re-installed onthat or any other vehicle. This warranty is exclusiveand is in lieu of any implied warranty of merchantability,fitness for a particular purpose or other warranty ofquality, whether express or implied, except the warrantyof title. All implied warranties are limited to theduration of this warranty. The remedies set forth in thiswarranty are exclusive. This warranty excludes alllabor charges or other incidental of consequentialdamages. Any part or product returned for warrantyclaim must be returned through the dealer of the distributorfrom whom it was purchased. <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong>reserves the right to examine all parts returned to it forwarranty claim to determine whether or not any suchpart has failed because of defect in material or workmanship.The obligation of <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> under thiswarranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing orcrediting, at its option, any part or product found to beso defective. Regardless of whether any part isrepaired, replaced or credited under this warranty,shipping and/or transportation charges on the returnof such product must be prepaid by the customerunder this warranty.Hardware bag <strong>10701</strong>NB includes:DescriptionQuantity<strong>GM</strong>SB-01 (front sway bar drop tubes) 2716212B (7/16” x 2 1/2” bolts) 438WA (3/8” USS flat washers) 8716UN (7/16” unitorque nuts) 4Front sway bar relocation kit installation:1. To begin installation, block the front and rear tires of thevehicle so that the vehicle is stable and can’t roll forwardsor backwards.2. Working on the driver side, remove the stock sway barfrom the stock frame rail. The stock hardware may be discarded.Repeat procedure on the passenger side. Let thestock front sway bar hang. Now is a good time to see howthe stock sway bar bushing look, if they look to be damagedat all, <strong>Tuff</strong> <strong>Country</strong> would recommend replacing themwith an aftermarket poly bushing. If replacement is needed,please order new replacement bushings and follow themanufactures instruction on installation of new front swaybar bushings.3. Locate (2) new front sway bar relocation brackets, (4)7/16” x 2 1/2” bolts, (8) 3/8” USS flat washers and (4) 7/16”unitorque nuts from hardware bag <strong>10701</strong>NB. Working onthe driver side, install the new front sway bare relocationbracket between the stock sway bar and the stock framerail and secure using the new 7/16” x 2 1/2” bolts and hardware.Do not tighten at this point. Repeat procedure onthe passenger side.4. Working on the driver side, apply a small amount ofthread locker or lock tite on the new bolts and torque thenew 7/16” x 2 1/2” bolts to 42 ft lbs. Repeat procedure onthe passenger side.Photo # 1 / driver side shownCongratulations, installation complete.
